Step by Step Instructions

Step 1

Prepare wings: After cleaning the wings, in a large bowl, rub them with olive oil and hot pepper sauce and stir until every wing is covered. THEN my secret… is to cover both sides of the wings generously using our amazing GOAT® All Food Chef Shake Seasoning. Theres virtually nothing that this seasoning isn’t good on! Ok, you’re done. Place the wings in a large resealable plastic bag and be sure to let out any excess air when sealing. Marinate in the refrigerator, 2-4 hours or overnight if you have the time.

Step 2

Preheat your grill: You wanna cook on medium-high heat, oil the grate… and if you’re like me, use a charcoal grill, but ANY grill will do the job!

Step 3

Remove chicken wings from the marinade and pat dry; discard any remaining marinade. Place wings on the preheated grill, squeezing half a lemon on the wings each time after turning them on the grill. I use 8 lemon halves, so I turn them 8 times. Cook until chicken is browned and no longer pink, 25 to 30 minutes. An instant-read hermometer inserted near the bone should read 165 degrees F (74 degrees C).

Step 5

I usually know they are ready when I’m dancing and humming while breaking apart and eating the first one right of the grill. That… is truly the BEST wing of the day!
